1. About Run Folk
Run Folk is a platform that connects runners with run clubs and running events across the UK. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Using Our Platform
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. You agree not to misuse the platform or use it for any unlawful purpose.
3. Event Listings
Event organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including dates, locations, pricing, and descriptions. Run Folk does not verify or endorse any events listed on the platform.
4. Bookings & Payments
When you book an event, you enter into an agreement with the event organiser, not Run Folk. A booking fee may apply. Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual event organisers.
5. Boosts
Event organisers can purchase boosts to promote their events. Boosts are non-refundable once activated. Boost pricing and duration are as displayed at the time of purchase.
6. Content
You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting content, you grant Run Folk a licence to display it on the platform. You must not post content that is offensive, misleading, or infringes on others' rights.
7. Liability
Run Folk provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from events listed on the platform. Participation in events is at your own risk.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
